Whether you’ve never touched a ballet slipper, or it was your life as a young child, our classes can help you learn ballet.
I’m Not Fit Like A Dancer, Can I Still Do Ballet?
Yes! Ballet is truly a full body workout and will require some discipline and commitment as you learn. However, our beginner classes are here for you to get started. Ballet needn’t be reserved only for those who would fit into the Rockettes. Ballet is a beautiful form of dance we bring to every and all body shapes, sizes and types.

Our beginner classes start with the basics. Your brain can improve coordination with practice, determination, and encouragement from our professional dance instructors.
An adult ballet class can help build your confidence too. Perhaps you feel a bit awkward and uncoordinated at weddings, the holiday party, or even just walking. Ballet improves coordination, posture, and more.
Yes, true ballet training takes commitment. It’s hard work physically and mentally to learn new moves. However, we designed our beginner classes to ensure everyone is confident and comfortable in learning ballet.
